Transition Manager
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Job description:
- Managing transition projects
- Establishing and managing relationships with client's business and project stakeholders
- Managing and motivating the team
- Close cooperating with the Client
- Work in our Client office in Lodz
Requirements:
- Fluency in English in speech and writing (is a must)
- Experience in R2R, OTC or PTP (F&A) (is a must)
- Transition experience - managing the transition processes (is a must)
- Previous experience on similar position, preferably in SSC/BPO company
- Good understanding of quality management and SLA's
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- SAP knowledge
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
