Our Client is Fresenius Kabi, a global health care company that specialises in life saving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. Their products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients. Fresenius Kabi establishes a new Shared Service Centre in Wrocław. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Fixed Asset Team Leader.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
To plan, coordinate and accompany the transition of country processes into the SSC
• Detailed transition planning and monitoring in close reconciliation with the Country responsible, SSC Management, Project Team
• Coordinate with parties involved in the project, e.g. SSC resources, local finance resource, IT staff
• Act as central liaison of all transition activities
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategy
• Resolve and / or escalate issues as far as they occur
• Manage all stages of the migration process, including managing of the SSC transition team
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategy
• Assure day-to-day transition communication to and with stakeholders on all levels, prepare and conduct governance meetings at the agreed frequency, including report on the progress of the transition
• Resolve and / or escalate issues as far as they occur
• Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting procedures
• Validate project deliverables and assess readiness
• Act as central liaison of all transition activities
• Assist in training of both SSC staff and on site personnel
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Experience in transitioning accounting activities into a Shared Service Center environment (creation of desktop procedures, work shadowing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, further languages are beneficial
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes, including the IT environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of SAP modules
• Willingness to travel
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player, highly motivated, flexible, excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with other cultures
DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Proven record of at least 5-7 years of job experience in relevant fields, e.g. Accounting department, Project Management roles , process optimization projects
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
University degree with major in economics/business administration or a comparable education
