Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Transition Manager
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Lead transition projects under F&A/procurement programs
- Lead team of Transition Managers
- Review project proposals to determine goals, time frame and procedures for accomplishing the project
- Apply Infosys Transition methodology
- Enable transition planning
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks
- Ensure staffing and manage transition team
- Monitor progress against plan
- Pay attention to relationship management (with customer and Infosys operations)
- Support transformational change through backfill operating roles
- Oversee project training design
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in BPO / SSC
- Experience in leading transition projects is required
- Strong process knowledge
- Strong management skills and ability to motivate people to meet expectations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is required since this is a client facing role
- Ability to do on-site discovery visits or due diligence
- Drive to meet deadlinesEnd-to-end thinking and analytical skills
- Customer orientation
- Open to travel at short notice
