Transition & Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Managing small to medium size transition projects
• Transition planning and execution
• Supporting sales teams and Client visits
• Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational Client's and internal teams

Requirements:

• Project Management experience in large multi-national environment (circa 3 years)
• Background in business processes management & transformation (finance & accounting, procurement, utilities, digital marketing)
• Prior exposure to external management stakeholders will be an asset
• Operational management experience in outsourcing or in an internal business process
• Fluency in English language (knowledge of other foreign language will be an asset)
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks/projects and balance workload effectively while meeting deadlines
• Strong personality, objective driven leadership and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and writing communication supported by excellent presentation skills
• Flexible & comfortable with change and conflicts management
• Innovation and Client value oriented, good understanding of technology
• Experience working in diverse cultural & virtual environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details & focus on quality
• Open for business travels (60% of time)
