For one of our client, we are currently looking for:
Transition & Transformation Junior Manager
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Managing medium to large transition projects for the Clients
- Leading group of project managers delivering project across multiple locations/regions
- Driving transformation of processes & technology towards global standardization
- Implementing & introducing new tools for the business
- Participating in pre-sales, contract negotiations & contributing totransition solution creation
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams
Requirements:
- Project Managementexperience in large multi-national environment (circa5 years)
- Transition &transformation experience (circa 3 years)
- Background in business processes management & transformation(finance & accounting, procurement, utilities, digital marketing); priorexposure to external management stakeholders
- Operational management experience in outsourcing or in an internalbusiness process
- Managing locally & remotely project team
- Fluency in Englishlanguage (knowledge of other foreign language willbe an asset)
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks/projects and balance workloadeffectively while meeting deadlines
- Strong personality, objective driven leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and writing communication supported by excellentpresentation skills
- Flexible & comfortable with change and conflicts management
- Innovation and Client value oriented, good understanding of technology
- Experience working in diverse cultural & virtual environment
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details & focus on quality
- Open for businesstravels (60% of time)
