Translation Associate Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and providing improvements of processes
- Implementing new projects- assessing workflow, resources and technical considerations
- Managing of the assigned projects (maintaining documentation, supporting and supervising translation teams)
- Maintaining relationship with clients
- Active searching for translators in cooperation with recruitment team
- Updating and maintaining our resource pool
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in translation/language related work
- Experience in using CAT tools or similar programs
- Text file related skills(converting, editing etc.)
- Detail-oriented mindset, capacity of designing strategies
- Professional communication soft skills
