Travel Consultant with English

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, with another European language being an asset
• Mature communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• A passion for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every customer
• An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
• Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not essential
• Solid computer skills
• Sound mathematical and problem solving skills
• Good sense of personal accountability
• A drive to recognize sales opportunities and capitalize on them

Responsibilities:

• Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively leading to sales
• Effectively communicate company’s product ranges and fares and ticketing conditions with the highest customer service and accuracy
