Travel Coordinator

Responsibilites
- Timely providing the information about the travel conditions as well as rules and terms of documents obtaining and processing (passport, visa, invitations, vouchers, travel documents, registration, etc.) in order to process the movement and the residence of the company staff and customer representatives;
- Organization and processing of all the aspects of business travel activities:
- Tickets (international and domestic)
- Hotel reservations
- Ground transportation
- Supporting documents (insurance, reference letters etc.)
- Control of the orders' execution and assistance in resolving difficult situations;
- Monitoring the business trips process;
- Monitoring the possible changes in the processes of obtaining of the documents (passports, visas, invitations, vouchers, travel documents and registrations);
- Signing the agreements and contracts with outside organizations and providers for a range of services (hotels, travel agencies etc.);
- Timely prepare and provide the established reports on the process of business travel activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the similar role;
- Knowledge of travel processes;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to multitask;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in written form;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience in multicultural environment.

The role involves among others responsibility for organizing the proper transport, booking tickets and making reservations in hotels.
