The Travel System Reporting/Support Specialist, based in ABB IS Delivery Centre, Krakow, will support the global rollout of Concur’s Travel and Expense system.

- Responsible for day to day reporting requirements of Travel and Expense information and report delivery to business units as required. This includes gathering functional and business requirements from local ABB markets and translating them into a reporting solution design;
- Responsible for Level 1 internal support of Concur’s Travel and Expense Tools. Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiences and effectively troubleshoot and solve issues caused by unique circumstances or software/hardware issues. Track issues escalated to Concur and ensure they are resolved within agreed SLAs;
- Implement modifications to system(s) configuration as required;
- Contribute to the ABB’s Concur implementation project methodology and document library which includes development of new documents/processes as well as updates to existing documents/processes;
- Ability to lead client training and knowledge transfer sessions both remote and on-site if required;
- Liaise with other ABB team members and Concur internal resources to ensure understanding and clear communications;
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative /technical success;
- Support internal project testing cycles - research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances and provide recommendations, alternatives, and risk assessments;
- Communicate consistently and regularly on internal issues status and progress.
- At least 2+ years related experience, including either or both of the following:
- Experience with Concur solutions Deep (administrative / configuration / implementation level), and/or
- Cognos report development knowledge and experience.
- Software consulting or related client facing experience preferred;
- Experience with and knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions strongly preferred;
- Required skill(s): Cognos Report Studio and ETL (Extract Transfer Load) software;
- Required language(s): English;
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
