This position is primarily responsible for managing user accesses, account administration and treasury systems static data updates.
Responsibilities:
- Granting, delating and update of users bank accesses for various bank systems
- Bank accounts administration and treasury systems static data maintenance
- Provide approvals for treasury bank admin activities
- Work directly with banks to resolve issues related to daily administrative issues
- Properly assign and process all other incoming requests
- Manage Treasury Bank Administration team mailbox
- Preparing of TBA reports and participation in SOX testing process
- Actively participate in TBA projects, transitions and other activities.
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Excel skills – medium level
- Attention to details
- Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
- Good numerical skills
- English level – minimum B2
- Able to communicate complex ideas in written and spoken English
- Able to understand and write correspondence in a tone that is appropriate to the interaction
- Ability to work independently and prioritize own tasks
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of other European language will be an asset
