Treasury Functional Lead

Responsibilites
- To provide inputs to Treasury risk platforms strategy and roadmap (with an initial focus on projection models)
- To ensure solution designs are forward-looking, operationally-efficient, scalable, and consistent in terms of implementation methodology
- To ensure that the new solutions comply with internal procedures / external regulatory guidelines and project deliverables are properly understood by Treasury management, project team, and end-users.
- To validate that the strategic system architecture proposed by Technology team is fit for its business purpose and is in line with the agreed business target state
- Validate technology costing
- To drive prioritization taking into consideration business benefits, delivery timelines, system performance, etc.
People Management
- Act as primary contact for core M&P management team and as key escalation contact for Platform Solution steam on the ground in Warsaw, Poland
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of Platform Solutions team
- Responsible for defining annual KPIs and Objectives for team and ensuring these are achieved throughout the year. Manage bi-annual performance reviews for the team
- Utilize existing change management tools to monitor team’s book of work – tracking priorities, risks, issues and critical deliverables
- Manage bi-annual performance reviews for the team, maintain career development plans and participate in management meetings to discuss people development.

Expected key capabilities include BSM domain and platform solution expertise, define functional design and translating solution into business narrative, and implementation experience in managing Balance Sheet Management platform within a major Tier-1 banking group.
