We are looking for a JavaScript professional who can contribute to expansion of a scalable and maintainable web UI platforms. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate Specs provided by the Product Manager
- Write scalable and maintainable code in the BDD manner
- Collaborate with UX and UI Designers
- Push your own ideas of a product enhancement and productivity boost
Skills - Experience and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. including demonstrable examples of public websites or applications illustrating significant work product
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with at least one of leading JavaScript frameworks (Backbone / Ember / Ampersand...)
- Knowledge of MVC and object-oriented design patterns
- Experience in Single Page Application (SPA) development
Bonus Skills:
- Hands on experience with Backbone and Marionette / React
- Awareness of the REST apis principles
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with UX design and development cycle
- Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, OAUTH and other key protocols underpinning the Web
- Understanding of scalable design principles
