UI/UX Designer in WebEM Working Student [rekrutacja online]

The candidate to this position will have the following daily activities:

• Participate in the feature requirements development process for the Web Element Manager, specifically graphical design ( WebEM is the web application for the configuration and monitoring of 5G Cloud BTSs )
• based on feature functional requirements prepared by specification team, develop corresponding graphical designs (visuals) that shall include: defined interaction/actions that can be taken by the end-user, the exact definition of the used graphical elements (sizes, colors, fonts, exact location on the web page, behavior during window resizing, etc.) on comprehensive layout, maintaining overall application consistency and good user experience during execution of different procedures via the application.
• review own work with local UX/UI team & provide feedback/review comments to other team members
• in next step review designs with the feature development team; continue to collaborate with the development team on later development stages
• review delivered implementation vs. design.
• perform occasional application audits to capture the usability/ graphical issues and report these for corrections

• Passion for graphical design, UX/UI
• Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications and mobile apps
• Familiarity with current design trends and best practices for web and mobile design, strong responsive design & UCD skills, conceptual and visual thinking

• Skills in Adobe XD, Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Being familiar with CSS styles
• Some experience in mocking/prototyping user interfaces (Axure, Adobe XD, UXPin or similar)
• Basic knowledge of software design in Web development
• Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
