User Support Engineer – German language

Zadania:
- Internal user support for HR payroll application with several modules (HCM, T&A, PEP, DBV3);
- ITIL-based Change – and Incident Management:
- Technical application support and system administration;
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of production batch processing;
- Level-3-Support to solve incidents;
- Creation of technical documentation and (user) manuals;
- Project support for migration or implementation of new applications and technologies in compliance with ADP production standards.
Wymagania:
- Master or bachelor in IT;
- 3 – 5 years professional experience with complex IT architecture/ applications;
- Operating systems (Windows-, Linux-Unix-server);
- Client-server-environments (e.g. Citrix, RDP);
- Network infrastructure;
- Relational database management systems (Oracle/ SQL);
- Web application server (JBoss, Tomcat, Orion);
- HTML, JAVA-Script are a plus;
- Loga client server and HCM application (incl. Otris) are a plus;
- Advanced Skills: Batch/ Shell/ SQL-Scripting(SQL, PL/SQL);
- ITIL (V3) Foundation;
- Good ability for presentation and communication;
- German fluent;
- English good;
- Project experience;
- Audit (ISO9001 and SOC1) is a plus;
- Proactivity;

- Good ability to analyze problems;
