User Support Engineer – German language

Main Objectives and Goals:
- Internal user support for HR payroll application with several modules (HCM, T&A, PEP, DBV3)
- ITIL-based Change- and Incident Management:
- Technical application support and system administration
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of production batch processing
- Level-3-Support to solve incidents
- Creation of technical documentation and (user) manuals
- Project support for migration or implementation of new applications and technologies in compliance with ADP production standards
Required:
Qualification:
Qualification:
- Master or bachelor in IT
- 3 - 5 years professional experience with complex IT architecture/ applications
IT knowledge:
- Operating systems (Windows-, Linux-Unix-server)
- Client-server-environments (e.g. Citrix, RDP)
- Network infrastructure
- Relational database management systems (Oracle/ SQL)
- Web application server (JBoss, Tomcat, Orion)
- HTML, JAVA-Script are a plus
- Loga client server and HCM application (incl. Otris) are a plus
- Advanced Skills: Batch/ Shell/ SQL-Scripting(SQL, PL/SQL)
Further skills:
- ITIL (V3) Foundation
- good ability for presentation and communication
- German fluent
- English good
- Project experience
- Audit (ISO9001 and SOC1) is a plus
