Your role

We are the leading universal bank of Switzerland, not least because of our multichannel strategy. This position combines all aspects based on user experience (UX) research and the derivation of resulting insights.
We are looking for a new colleague for the following task portfolio:
- You design user friendly web and mobile applications and user interfaces end-to-end along entire banking processes, in cooperation with a team of banking experts, client advisors and our IT and in close cooperation with the relevant product owner, informed and supported by qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Design outstanding responsive websites, mobile apps and various applications, including clickable prototypes
- Run project specific design reviews including approval and design of compulsory adjustments, as well as designing and implementing design-continuity processes
- Design of management presentations
Your team
As part of Multichannel Management & Digitization of UBS Switzerland, we are regularly looking for people to strengthen our team. In setting up a digital factory together with a highly motivated and goal-oriented team you will create lasting added value for UBS Switzerland AG. In close cooperation and exchange with other business areas, you will be integrated into an important strategic initiative to manage and further develop the multichannel strategy as well as digital channels.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a degree in media, communication or graphic design, human computer interaction, information design or a comparable qualification
- a keen eye for detail and very high design standards, as well as a good understanding of how to use typography, icon language, color, form and structure
- experience in the production of wireframes, UI specifications and visual designs for mobile and desktop products
- experience with standard design and prototype software like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Invision, Flinto, Axure or ideally Framer
- You understand and live by mobile first and responsive grids
You are:
- an inspiring, multifaceted and passionate person who enjoys cooperative work in cross-disciplinary teams
- a unifying personality who can take the diverging views of people from all hierarchy levels, often in difficult situations, and find the common denominator
- someone who challenges themselves over and over again and seeks out new tasks in order to grow
- fluent in English, German as an asset
