VBA Team Leader
Location: Cracow
Responsibilities:
- Performing in VBA programming
- Striving to achieve core company's goals
- Ensuring Project Analysis in every step of performance
- Perform best practices to obtain data elements
- Practicing macro development
- Operational supporting of developed macros
- Ongoing establishment global business and IT relationships
- Manage a list of development efforts over a various business areas
- Allocate existing development resources to ensure best practices
- Review and redefine development processes time to time
- Demonstrating leadership and supportive attitude among local development resources
- Mentoring and coaching team
- Effective communicating with global, virtual team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (preferred)
- At least 7 years of experience in using Microsoft Office products
- At least 5 years of VBA macro development experience
- Experience in people and project management
- Object oriented programming and troubleshooting background
- Analytical skills
- Time management and effective communication skills
- Preferred experience in financial industry
