Our Client is an international provider of asset-based financing, being one of the leaders of its market. Due to their strategy and ambitious development plan they are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced individual for the position of Vendor Manager in the agriculture or construction segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the vendor lease business of the company. This position can be located in Wrocław or Gdańsk or can be run from home office.
- Management and development of selected (existing) local vendor relationships in the south or north of Poland - Processing and monitoring the day-to-day business opportunities with vendors and customers: Visiting customers and vendors and prepare visit reports Negotiate, structure and close individual leasing transactions with customers Manage the internal process by interacting with Risk and Back-Office - Achievement of sales targets (volume and profit) as laid down in the budgets - Implementation of action plans towards vendors in order to maximize and to get the business opportunities for the sales financing program - Identification and resolving problems before they impact on the vendor and/or their dealers - Producing of management information to facilitate improved business control
- Higher education - Sufficient Sales experience in agriculture and/or construction equipment (vendor) leasing industry (proximately 5 years) - Good knowledge of the local Industrial equipment market in terms of vendors and business practice - Good understanding of lease products, including credit, legal and fiscal issues related to vendor leasing. - Polish and English languages are necessary - Customer and vendor focus - Skilled in building and influencing commercial relationships - Negotiation skills (Pricing and deal structure) - Financial skills: understanding of credit analysis, skilled in financial mathematics and basic skills in legal and fiscal - Structured approach (in respect to deals and relationship management) - Result oriented - Team player
