- Maintain Create Vendor Master data in SAP for direct and indirect vendors.
- Cleansing of vendor files for duplicity issues.
- Validate requests for adherence to Corporate Guidelines and ensure proper documentation and approvals are received.
- Communicate with data owner if corrective actions need to be taken.
- Develop understanding of all master data areas and assist when needed. Cross train with the other analysts to ensure service remains intact.
- Perform monthly audits to ensure data integrity.
- Support any other department and or project as needed
- Previous demonstration of exceptional initiative.
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
- Strong teamwork ethics and organization.
- Focus on details to ensure accurate data entry.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Accounting experience in a fast paced environment and SAP experienced would be an advantage.
