#versatile Workplace Services Engineer
Location: Poznań
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience working on similar position
- Fluent English (communicative German is nice to have)
- Experience with Apple Mac OS/Unix and Mobile Device Management (MDM) highly desired
- Willingness to business travel up to 50% of working time
- Certificates Dell Kace or Microsoft SCCM, MCP is nice to have
- Intermediate knowledge of Lotus Notes is nice to have
Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems
- Active Directory on Windows Server 2008/2012 configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Install, develop OS images
- Anti-virus and firewall management
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8, MacOS, Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, mobile devices and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the Service Desk and escalated to the Workplace Services Team
