Video Editor and Motion Designer
What will you do?
At MACS, being a Junior Video Editor & Motion Designer means:
- Telling complex business or technology stories through compelling animations and videos
- Working end-to-end from concept creation through to delivery
- Embracing and enhancing brand identities
Who are we looking for?
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- Portfolio that includes work for international clients
- Portfolio that includes end-to-end Video production examples
- Proven track record of working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven work setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present in front of a group
- At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor & Motion Designer or equivalent role
- B2B agency experience would be considered a big plus
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Illustration/drawing skills would also be considered a big plus
- Strong design and typographic sensitivity, and thorough knowledge of motion graphic design and video post-production workflows
- A solid understanding of both pre-production and post-production processes
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to details
- A professional attitude with the ability to work well within a team and on one’s own
- A passion for design, film, animation and creative thinking
