Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as VM Manager.
- The ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment.
- Deep knowledge of reatil processes.
- Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shown successes in leading teams and helping them thrive.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Driving licence - must have.
- Interested in fashion and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a VM strategy that ensures implementation and follow up of the CCC standards.
- Set visual goals that are in line with global visual expectations and local sales goal in order to deliver a great customer experience through visual presentation.
- Maintain a constantly high visual level of CCC stores in Poland and other markets.
- Collaborate with sales, product and creative team to deliver, implement and review a strong global commercial plan.
- Ensure that you and your team are up-to-date and understand current fashion trends, visual guidelines and styling techniques.
- Provide leadership of the team that provides independent and objective assessment of the design and operating effectiveness.
- Lead, coach and mentor VM team members.
- Ensure expansion needs in your market are met with effective planning for new stores, rebuilds and up keeping.
- Set, review and follow up on visual budget.
