For our Client, a multinational company, we are currently looking for Service Analyst

LOCATION: Poznań
JOB TYPE: contract

Responsibilities :

• Technical service expert for voice system and services
• Support service teams by providing technical consultation on back end service infrastructure
• Support Service Owner with supply of analysis, trends and input to service understanding, improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Support and develop service and tech refresh strategies and plans
• Support technical delivery of implementations and partners to deliver smooth technical transition into operational service mode

  The candidates should:

• Have experience in supporting the Voice and virtual collaboration technologies
• Have experience with management of IT vendors and service providers
• Be able to analyse and resolve technical problems
• Be able to identify opportunities to drive reduction of redundant Voice technologies and services
• Have experience in contributing to sourcing exercises
• Know how to manage stakeholders successfully by developing standard procedures to obtain VOC and VoP and communication mechanisms in order to prioritise service improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
