- Establish customer confidence through technical competence and customer facing attitude, enhanced with deep knowledge of the sold solutions
- Present high technical expertise and valuable support
during customer meetings - Accountable for Low Level Design validation and assessment of Level of Effort for VPO support
- Manage Release Management policy specific to the Customer and ensure compliance and performance
- Develop new configuration templates to implement the
Customer solutio

- Have degree in telecommunications/IT field
- Have CCIE certificate level strongly recommended
- Have ITIL certifications
- Have minimum 7 years' experience in network design, transition and operations
- Have Cisco Prime experience
- Have good organization and leadership skills
- Have excellent communication skills
