For our Client, large IT company that launched new IT Centre in Wroclaw, we are looking for:
Web Support Consultant
Location of work: Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
- working directly with Solution Consultants to come up with new innovative ways of targeting products to customers
- improving software capabilities by designing, implementing and communicating key features
- conceptualize, design and build demo solutions with guidance from technical and functional Solution Consultants
- having a full understanding of all technical aspects of company products in the assigned area of functional presales support
- providing informal training on solutions and procedures delivered by the group.
Required skills and experience:
- degree in business, software engineering, computer science or equivalent
- business knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and chosen Javascript framewors like AngularJS, jQuery or Bootstrap and Git
- minimum 1-3 years of experience in Frontend Development or Business Support/Consulting
- being service minded and passioned about innovative technologies
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- curiosity, willingness and ability to continuously learn new areas
- very good English, written and spoken
- ability to prioritize tasks to ensure completion on time
- nice to have: experience with web standards, browser capabilities and best-practice development techniques
