Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - As a project’s coordinator you would be responsible for audit of the outcomes of our team’s main task that is implementation of client’s central web pages to client’s local markets.
- Your tasks would be:
- Coordinating the project: Website Quality Services for several markets
- Setting up and documenting processes by leveraging available scanning and reporting tools
- Preparing schedules and coordinating work of several team members
- Preparing trainings, templates, coaching the team members
- Preparing reports and reporting to team leader
- Working on project related ad-hoc requests with short deadlines
- Updating and archiving documents as per Client requirements
- At least 6 months of experience of working with client is a must
- Experience in digital marketing
- Eagerness to drive a project – proactive approach and responsibility for the outcomes
- Being organized, with an ability to coordinate own and other’s people work basing on concrete timelines
- Maintaining good relationships in a team
- Being details oriented
- Used to internet reality – openness for online meetings with team abroad and online tools
- Openness for culture differences
- Active skills in Microsoft Office – for example preparing presentations in Power Point, pivots in Excel
- Using English - spoken and written – on level enabling smooth communication within the project
- Interest in in Marketing, Communication, Project Management
- Good communication skills
- Content maintenance systems using experience would be an asset
- Experience in SEO will be an asset
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
