Your new role
As a Customer Care Specialist you will be dealing efficiently and effectively with all customer queries, including troubleshooting problems. You will be responsible for solving customer's technical issues via phone, mail and chat.

What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and well-spoken person with excellent communication skills. Very good English and fluent to native German are a must. We expect strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous experience in customer service would be an asset.
