Responsibilites
- Support Business Heads to develop and implement business-wide action plans and key initiatives;
- Manage all people, governance and financial related issues within a sizable business unit
- Coordinate supporting units, managing relationships with many stakeholders / advisors
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring efficient use of resources (financial & non-financial)
- Evaluate and mitigate risks, adhering to financial targets - Instigate change initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with global strategy
