- Coordination, control, building and improvement of hiring process in different locations
- Manage written and verbal communication with recruiters and hiring managers throughout each stage of the hiring process
- Tracking the pipeline for each role and identification of gaps on created descriptions or quality of pipeline
- Working with recruitment teams in different locations and hiring managers for each role to optimize the success of their candidates
- Creation of onboarding project plans in cooperation with hiring managers and responsible for its execution
- Organization and coordination of recruitment factory in required locations
- Preparation of hiring status reports and forecasts on regular basis
- Permanent communication with hiring managers and tracking of projects hiring and attrition risks
- At least 2 years of consulting experience or 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a technology environment

- Aptitude: Demonstrated aptitude to rapidly adapt to new challenges and quickly grasp new objectives.
