Account Manager with German Language

For our client, an online media company that provides real-time global services to multiple countries in the areas of product strategy consulting, product development and operational support across a variety of functional areas for Web publishers, Demand-side platforms, Ad Agencies, Display, Video and Mobile ad networks, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Polish office in the Cracow city center.


As our Account Manager you will be managing client relationships with advertisers/agencies, working with Sales teams and managing client expectations.
Also you will be contacting clients regarding campaign optimization, growth and renewal opportunities.


We expect that you are fluent in German language, have great communication and presentation skills followed by passion for people and enthusiasm to meet the targets.


3 years of experience in account management, working with sales teams and managing client expectations is a must to be successful in this role.


Additionally if you are able to handle reporting and analytics, have experience in Micro strategy and are familiar with the online advertising business, especially pricing models as CPC, CPA, CPM, finished a college or university then you might be out perfect candidate.


Presentation skills with good knowledge in Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel (experience with key tools: pivot tables, sorting, charts, vlookup) are welcome.
