Job description
Independent position in role of an Accountant that works closely with the CFO as the main counter partner (confirming the results and deadlines).
Wide range of different Finance & Accounting areas and tasks. Scope includes:
- Activities done during the month:
- Booking of incoming supplier invoices
- Banks reconciliation and bookings of incoming and outcoming payments
- Payment preparation
- O2C and Project Accounting tasks (issuing customer invoices, project creation)
- Month end closing tasks:
- Fixed Assets
- Payroll Accounting
- Bonus provision
- Invoices not received provision
- Prepaid expenses
- Overtime
- ICS (Intercompany Settlements)
- Ex rate adjustment
- Vacation paid provision
- Act in accordance to the high quality work standards
- Maintain good working relationship with the client
- Acting as the team member
- Identifying potential process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Accounting area (General Ledger area preferred)
- Finance and Accounting university diploma would be a key asset
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Very good analytical skills
- Ms Excel knowledge on at least intermediate level
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- High self motivation to achieve target levels
- Quick learning skills
