We are a newly created team working in Business Process Services, and we want you to join us in the exciting challenge of transitioning Finance and Accounting processes. You will be an important part of the ongoing process of migration and transformation currently underway for our client. We are looking for skilled leaders to manage our teams and create experiences that keep the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing people and building a strong team spirit, coordinating day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing and resolving service delivery concerns.
- End-to-end ownership of the process and team performance (team of 15+)
- Planning and coordination of daily task split and day-to-day leadership of assigned team
- Supervising performance metrics measurement, escalation, change management, and communication
- Serving as the point of contact for customer-related activities
- Coaching and monitoring the team and providing continuous feedback
- Setting goals and conducting performance appraisals for the team
- Identifying and analyzing opportunities for continuous process improvements
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams in SSC or BPO environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Good leadership, client management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Procure to Pay preferred, or other accounting processes and principles
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting SLA commitments and a “can do” attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (an additional language will be an advantage)
