On behalf of our Client, globally recognized company focused on human and environmental health, we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Specialist with German language.
Holding the position of Account Payable Specialist you will be responsible for perform accounting and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Your role will be to preparing and processing accounts payable batch and manual payments, reviewing and auditing expense claims, preparing analysis of accounts. This work also consists of such duties like process, review and audit expense claims, assist in month end closing, provide support for ad hoc requests e.g. audit queries.
To be successful in this role you need experience (1-3 years) in a similar role, educational background (Finance or related) would be an asset. Moreover our Client appreciates SAP or other ERP knowledge, working knowledge of VAT, PC skills including MS Office. Very good command of English and German is required.
