Accounts Payable Team Leader

For our Client, international business Centre located near Cracow, we are looking for Candidates on the position of Accounts Payable Team Leader.

The key responsibilities of the successful Candidate will include manage the accounts payable function of the organization, coordinate and manage daily activities for a staff of approximately 15 accounts payable, proactively review and improve departments processes and procedures, assist from an accounts payable perspective as the point person on all yearly external audits and semi-annual internal controls testing, review accounts payable aging reports, goods received not invoiced and payment requests from suppliers and employees to ensure timely approval of invoices and payments, oversee the correctness of all departmental records, ensure the timely and accurate month-end closing of Accounts Payable, establish well defined goals and objectives for the team and individuals in the accounts payable department and supervise all EDI billings, self-billing and ensure achievement of all company goals.

We are looking for open-minded Candidates with university graduation in financial, economic or accounting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or transactional accounting experience and 3 years of management experience. We expect good business understanding of finance systems and accounting principles. What is more Candidate should also present fluency in English. Knowledge of French will be an asset. We are looking for Candidate with strong interpersonal skills and stress resistance. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, team building and analytical and problem solving skills.
