For our Client, a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a person who will hold the position of Accounts Receivable Manager (fixed term contract).
In this role you will responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions. AR Manager will coordinate day to day operations, control work of the teams, ensuring the realization of tasks according to good practice and SLAs. In addition, you will be in charge of training program and motivation of team members. Moreover, on this position you will be responsible for improvements projects in the AR function.
A successful candidate will need a master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics studies, minimum 6-8 years of experience in accountancy in SSC environment. Additionally, minimum 3 years of managerial experience and proven experience with staff management in required. Fluency in English is a must as well as an analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
