Inviting applications for the role of a Ad Moderation/Relevance (labelling) with Polish on-site in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing a queue of ad campaigns and landing pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on ad policy.
Reviewing a queue of Stores pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on Stores policy.
Checking on the language relevancy and updating for machine learning.
Responding to the inquiries related to the above operations from internal stakeholders.
Ad Moderation (internet advertiser review, review ads for content quality based on Content Guidelines, thoroughly check ad content with quality and accuracy, approve or disapprove of new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.
Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring workflow.
Qualifications:
Willingness to work in shifts.
Very good knowledge of Polish and English language, min. B2.
Secondary school education.
Ability to relocate to Bucharest
Good MS Office knowledge and analytical thinking and self-starter.
Work experience, related to customer service, will be an added advantage for the candidate
High motivation and ability to learn and ability to work under time pressure.
