Administrative Assistant
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Your main duties will include:
- Typing correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports.
- Scheduling travel, appointments and meetings.
- Coordinating space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
- providing support to managers and employees, managing the manager's general administrative activities.
A perfect Candidate will have:
- proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and able to learn new systems and tools
- flexibility in work schedule may be requested
- ability to travel abroad
- ability to seamlessly manage multiple work priorities, in a fast-paced environment, to effectively meet tight deadlines
- fluent knowledge of English
- experience with office productivity tools required/previous experience in an assisting role as a plus
