Shared Service Department supports wide range of Motorola Solutions businesses and operations functions across Europe, Africa and North America region.
- Register and archiving contracts, records of fixed assets and project materials
- Keeping of inventory, analysis the results of customer satisfaction surveys
- Creating financial statements
- Issuing and archiving invoices
- Assistance in purchasing department: purchasing selected fixed assets, creating a supplier databases
- Help in the ongoing administrative matters
- Organization and coordination of business meetings
- We are seeking a young motivated person - previous professional experience is not required
- Very good command of English, written and spoken
- Very good computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel – candidate is using it in everyday work
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experienced in organizing business trips and company events
- Experienced in making orders (gadgets etc.)
- High problem solving skills
- Experienced in working in international environment
