Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or business informatics
- Full-time working experience in IT at least 7 years (minimum 3 years in a leading position)
- Track record in software development i.e. programming, testing or requirements engineering
- Experience with process management within an agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with people management i.e. recruiting, personal development, compensation
- Strong customer-orientation with positive & result-driven attitude
- Fluent in Polish & English, German not required (but would be “a plus”)
- Ideally background in e-commerce industry
Responsibilities:
- Driving the agile software delivery process (e.g. based on Scrum, Kanban) for multiple teams
- Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end technical delivery (“DevOps”) for a set of applications by
- Ensuring 24/7 operational health
- Driving functional enhancements and continuous maintenance
- Pro-actively managing technical dept
- People management with a Servant Leadership attitude for a group of 10 to 15 software engineers
