We work for an international retail company. The business is expanding and as a result we have a requirement for a Financial & Administration Analyst in Warsaw.
The Analyst will be accountable for analysing, controlling and setting guidelines for optimization of retail operations costs, maximising sales and GP margin as well as
Cost reporting and controlling. The Analyst will be responsible for negotiations with service suppliers, internal auditing, budgeting (preparing annual budget and financial plans for retail operations in line with group timetable, supporting to store budgeting & forecasting process and controlling of budget realization), preparing cash-flows and P&L monthly reporting, CAPEX reporting, commercial reporting (sales, margin, stock etc.) The Analyst will be also responsible for administration processes and procedures for the region.
The right Candidate will have 3-4 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst within retail and at least Bachelor’s degree in related filed. An excellent knowledge of English written and spoken is must. Strong Excel and Power Point is essential.
