- Conducting work related to the use or development of new analytical methods to identify identities, impurities and modifications in pharmacologically active biological molecules (monoclonal antibodies, hormones, peptides)
- Research and development of works in projects concerning manufacturing of a medicinal product for the purpose of registration, preclinical research and implementation of the process on a semi-technical and production scale
- University degree with specialization in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy or related sciences
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an R&D analytical laboratory or in a laboratory in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company or experience in an academic environment (PhD)
- Very good knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry (UPLC, TOF, MALDI)
- Knowledge of specialized software used for analyzing chromatograms and mass spectra (Mass Lynx, Biopharma, Protein Pilot, Protein Metrics)
- Ability to use databases (proteins, mass spectra)
- Knowledge of issues related to cGMP / GxP / GLP and international guidelines (ICH, FDA, US & EU Pharmacopea)
- Ability of independent laboratory work, design of experiments, preparation of reports
