For our Client, international company located in Bielsko-Biala, we are currently looking for candidates to work as Accountant in Accounts Payable team.
Working on this position your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): verification of available funds and approval for transfers, payment proposal creation and verification, payments execution in banking systems according to agreed timeframes, manual payments, secure money for direct debit payments, assistance in cash forecast preparation, assistance in analysis of vendors’ accounts situation, providing remittance advice where applicable, taking part in month end closing, working in accordance with SOX procedures, working with KPI.
To be successful on this position you need to speak good English (min. B2) and have experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable area gained in BPO/SSC environment. Knowledge of SAP and/ or banking systems would be an advantage. This role will fit motivated and enthusiastic candidate able to work under pressure of time.
