AP Analyst with French in SSC (start up)

On behalf of our Client, the production company, which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of AP Analyst with French.

Main responsibilities on this position will include researching, resolving vendor/invoice discrepancies, managing invoice processing for complicated vendor portfolio and intercompany vendor accounts. The main duties will also include supporting cash management goals by generating and audits weekly payment proposal reports and performing audits of electronic invoicing program (EDI, ERS, Web forms). Moreover, AP Analyst will be responsible for participating in monthly accounting, reconciliations, journal entry preparation as well as performing account aging reviews and resolve overpayments recovery.

We are seeking Candidates with min. 1+ years of professional experience gained in accounting, finance or related field (preferred AP experience), strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications. In addition, very good knowledge of French and English is required. Moreover, we are looking for the Candidate with ability to synthesize financial information and present logical recommendations as well as ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management.
