Currently, for our Client, global Shared Service Center, we are looking for AP Team Leader to join its team in Warsaw.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for coaching and managing the team of AP Accountants (setting priorities, organization work of the team, solving problems), taking part in a migration process and implementation of improvements, supporting service center of PTP activities, contacting clients/suppliers and preparing statistics and reports. Moreover, AP Team Leader will be responsible for month end closing tasks; preparing accruals and reconciliation. In addition, you will closely cooperate with other team leaders and finance department.
The Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AP area and one year in team management. Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French or German will be a strong asset. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle preferably). Also, if you have well developed analytical skills, strong organizational, time-management skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment, send us your CV.
