For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of AP Team Leader with English.

Primary responsibilities include: supervise and ensure that vendor payments are executed within the established payment terms and respecting the payment schedules, escalate if needed exceptions to the standard payment process, review DPO deviations vs budget and forecast, monitor that invoice handling is done according to the agreed SLA’s and initiate actions in case of deviations,validate and monitor the month-end close activities of the team members and initiate actions in case of issues and provide support. Moreover you will be responsible for support AP Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager with the implementation and execution of PTP process improvements initiatives. Also organize and set-up internal trainings to share with the team new processes and to make sure AP is SOX and legal compliant, increase overall team knowledge in the area of Accounting through knowledge transfer or by organizing training courses will belong to your duties. Support AP Manager with preparation of team meetings, set up team objectives, 1-1 meetings and mid-year/year-end performance appraisals will be a key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this role should have Bachelor Degree on Business or similar. Additional accounting education will be highly valued. Moreover good knowledge of office pack is required (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a multinational environment and proficient knowledge of English. Any other European language will be highly valued. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
