AP Team Leader
Responsibilities:
AP Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Coaching, feed-back and training of team members on a daily basis to ensure the fulfillment of the teams responsibilities
- Motivating the team and driving continuous improvement of the processes and activities
- Ensuring the teams fulfillment of the requirements in regards to Accounts Payables process
- Building positive relationship with internal and external Clients
- Point of contact for external auditors
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a shared service centre environment
- Min. 2 years’ experience in managing people
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
