Who are we looking for?
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a people management,
- Demonstrated excellent understanding of operational procurement, sourcing, finance, contract and supplier management
- Experience in category management category management will be an asset
- Pro-active thinking, attention to details, ability to work with deadlines, hands-on mentality, goal oriented
- Fluent English – spoken/written (German will be a plus)
- Proven negotiation skills
- Work experience in an international/multi sites environment
What will you do?
- Lead delivery team managing the following set of processes: o Supplier lifecycle management
- Assure stable, quality service delivery to the client
- Secure implementation of best in class strategies and delivery of goods and services
- Closely cooperate with Engagement Executive to develop and extend services portfolio
- Ensure minimal buying risk by adhering to the quality and commercial procedures
- Cooperate with Business process owner to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee sourcing process to identify potential opportunities for savings
- Continually link and leverage opportunities for savings through optimization, standardization across business units, sub-categories and/or understanding supplier local footprint
- Deliver a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLAs and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with service delivery manager
- Work with client on potential areas for improvement in terms of category management and process efficiency
- Monitor compliance with established Policies and Procedures and governance
o E-sourcing support
o Req to PO, including tactical purchasing
o Ariba Guided Buying
