Application Software Architect
- Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming / creating applications in J2EE/JEE technology
- At least 3 years’ experience in creating / maintaining systems architecture
- Knowledge of design patterns and UML
- The ability to design databases
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to transfer knowledge and teamwork
- Communication skills, flexibility, independence and commitment

- Creating IT systems architecture
- Identifying the factors that are affecting the proposed solutions and providing the integration with other systems
- Ensuring the compliance with the architecture of the system and non-functional requirements
- Proposing system improvements
- Verifying the cost of the labor and timing estimation
- Providing the documentation of system components in accordance with obligatory standards
- Ensuring compliance with architecture standards and Volvo IT policies
- Work with established quality standards
- Making an application code review
- Designing and coding
