On behalf of our Client, a new Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates to fill the position of Cash Management Team Leader.
On this position you will be responsible for managing the team (including coaching, trainings, motivating, monitoring correctness of the process), supporting transition process, ensure bank and payment transactions, loading bank guarantee information onto the banks website, month end closing activities, supporting Accounts Receivable queries, preparing reports of aged debts. In addition, Team Leader will participate in the process of improvements.
We are seeking Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience on the similar position. Fluent English is a must. Experience in SSC/BPO environment will be a plus. Working knowledge of accounting system is required. The ideal Candidate should have an excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
