AR Collection Clerk with Dutch, Kraków
With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world, we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company.
You will be responsible for performing the collection process for Belgium entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment. You will be delivering high level of customer service: analyses of a situation on customer accounts. Moreover, you will be following up on overdue accounts, participating in resolution of unclear payments and evaluating customer account and payment history. Apart from that, you will communicate regularly with the Business.

- Very good command of Dutch
- Good knowledge of English
- University degree
- Good MS Excel skills
- Working experience in finance and accounting activities would be an asset
- Excellent telephone manner
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
